A surprise with the staff's kindness

I was impressed by the warm, cute reception team and the comfortable, spacious room that provided a great retreat after exploring the city. The breakfast had a good variety, and the coffee machine at the reception was a good bonus!

the service is good with private parking available and tasty meals. the hotel is situated in the central location by metro.

Staff very nice and helpful at any time. The Hotel is very close to the main beauties of the city and to the metro.

It was just a smart choice for a quick weekend visit in Sofia with excellent value for money. The stable WiFi really helped me plan my sightseeing effortlessly. Try to enjoy the lovely nearby parks for a nice stroll.

The hotel serves incredibly nice breakfasts and offers exceptionally clean and silent rooms with spacious bathroom and comfortable bed, for example. The location is very central, near the Serdika metro station, the centre of Sophia, and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Again, the venue is 1 mile from Regional History Museum...

Brand-new hotel room with a comfortable bed and separate bathroom. Incredibly nice breakfast to start the day, savoury food. Early check-in and friendly check-out, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very good stay, as always.

I stayed for 3 nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment while exploring Sofia. The apartment was spacious and had a nice lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated the stable WiFi and the coffee machine available at the reception. The hotel is conveniently located.

Pretty new and comfortable hotel. Very nice standard compare to other Sofia's hotels for reasonable price.

Not enough people sleeps in the hotel, therefore breakfast first day was just for me I guess. Lobby bar is closed at 22 and no restaurant in hotel, so you need to get food somewhere out. Bathroom ventilator from neighbor room was so noisy, so I couldn´t sleep one night. It was vibrating with whole room. :(

Spacious rooms with ample storage make it convenient for longer stays. The lounge area provides a nice spot to unwind after a busy day in the city.

The shower in the bathroom was clogged upon arrival and not addressed . Air conditioning barely functioned, leaving the room humid after use. Breakfast options lacked variety, especially for vegan diets, and the pastries seemed stale. The cleanliness could use serious improvement, with visible dust and unaddressed stains in common areas.

The rooms are spacious and location is good - a short stroll to the main shopping area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very poor - no choice of hot breakfast, just a plate of cheese and cold meats and a vacumn packed croissant. No sign of any other guest the whole time I was there - I may have been the only one, but perhaps it was low season in Sofia.

Location near business destination and near Sofia City centre, clean and well organised hotel.

The shower leaked and the towels were old, but I almost thought I'd enjoy my stay, until I realized I had to make my own bed in the beautiful room! I was expecting at least a welcome gift or upgrade for such disappointments. What a missed opportunity for a good review! So disappointing.
